1)Two cases of Bochdalek hernia were admitted to the department of pediatrics because of coughing and mild dyspnea. The diagnois was established by physical examination, chest Xray, upper G-I series, Barium enema and other special studies. We have experienced a case of congenital syphilitic nephrotic syndrome in a 4 months old boy, who was admitted to presbyterian hospital, Daegu, Korea. He was sucessfully treated with penicillin of 2 weeks duration. We made brief review of the related literatures. |
